Plants of Concern Monitoring at the Openlands Lakeshore Preserve

June 24, 2015 | 9:00am

We're excited to announce our spring and summer Plants of Concern monitoring opportunities at the Openlands Lakeshore Preserve. We're looking for two people to assist us with recording data during a rapid botanical assessment of Bartlett Ravine.  We will be assessing the plant community using a protocol and a plant identification guide we developed in collaboration with the Alliance for the Great Lakes.

All events will begin at 9 a.m. with a lunch break, ending no later than 3 p.m.

If you're interested in helping us, please RSVP to Anna (abraum@chicagobotanic.org). Directions to the meeting place and a map of the site can be found here.
