Yoga on the Beach

Practice yoga on the beach at the Openlands Lakeshore Preserve. Shri Yoga instructor, Stephanie Metz, will lead an hour-long Vinyasa flow yoga class focused on relaxation, balance, core work, and flow of breathing.

Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mats. Limited parking is available at the Preserve's Patten Road lot. From there signs will direct people through the Preserve to the stairs and down to the beach.

The event is free, but space is limited. Please RSVP to Abby Mindock.
